Job Description

Base Pay + Uncapped Commission | $55K–$100K+ OTE

Sales Focus Inc., the pioneer in sales outsourcing, is hiring full-time Residential Sales Representatives on behalf of our client A3 Smart Home, a leading provider of home security and smart home solutions.

This is a W-2 full-time position offering base pay plus uncapped commission, providing both income stability and significant earning potential.

Compensation

Base pay + uncapped commission
On Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+ annually
W-2 full-time employment
Bi-Weekly pay
Performance bonuses and incentives available

What You’ll Do

Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
Educate customers about A3 Smart Home security systems
Identify customer needs and recommend the best security solutions
Close sales and schedule installations
Maintain a positive and professional presence in assigned territories

Comfortable with face-to-face residential sales
Reliable transportation

Sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide full training.
