OUTSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL
Lindsay Precast Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Business Development/Outside Sales Representative focused on revenue growth. The ideal candidate would have a track record of strong business development and closure of new business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys selling new business, developing strong partnerships, and helping a company grow and expand into new industries and markets. Must be able to work hand in hand with operations to provide a customer experience that will develop into repeat business.
Examples of products- Utility structures, Box culverts, Arches, Tunnels, 3 Sided Structures Junctions Chambers, Foundations, Converting Cast in Place Concrete To Precast Solutions
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Delivering sales growth and new opportunities
- Developing new opportunities in other industries, including, energy, Data Centers, industrial, and transportation
- Responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Develop customer trust and confidence.
- Effectively position the Company's products and services as the solution to the client's needs.
- Identify and recommend new and/or enhanced products or service feature needs by soliciting feedback from clients, monitoring industry trends, and tracking the competitive environment to drive growth.
- Negotiate contracts and utilize successful order closing strategies to secure orders.
