Job Description

Senior Commercial Door & Hardware Sales RepresentativeBring Your Book of Business. Grow Your Earnings.We are seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Sales Representative with established relationships in the commercial construction market.If you have a proven track record selling commercial doors, frames, hardware, access control, or Division 8 products, we want to talk to you.Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales within an existing customer base.Build relationships with general contractors, facility managers, architects, and end users.Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid packages.Review plans, specifications, and door schedules.Manage opportunities from lead generation through project award.Collaborate with estimating, project management, and installation teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial door, frame, hardware, or access control sales experience.Existing industry relationships and a proven record of generating sales.Knowledge of Division 8 products and commercial construction processes.Ability to read plans and specifications.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
