Bake products according to established standards (i.e., time, baking temperature, and internal temperature)
Maximize oven use to ensure oven is loaded to capacity and always filled
Perform manual loading and unloading of ovens
Store and move products on racks to directed locations
Monitor the operation of ovens and notify the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead when problems are detected
Accurately record necessary data and complete all paperwork required for the job
Ensure racks used are labeled properly with the correct product information
Participate in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions

What You Need to Bring to the Oven Tender Role:

High School Graduate or (GED), or equivalent experience
6+ months of related experience
Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and motor skills
Familiarity with factory policies regarding safety, quality, and GMPs
Willingness to work other shifts/hours as needed
Self-motivated individual
