Job Description

As a central figure ensuring the highest quality and fostering constant improvement, the role bridges communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

You will have the crucial task of guaranteeing compliance with FAA, EASA, AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards. Your expertise will also be vital in interfacing with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns, conducting internal reviews to uphold regulatory standards, and managing comprehensive documentation. Oversight of purchase agreements from a quality perspective and leadership in corrective action plans are additional key aspects of the role.

Working collaboratively across departments, you will enhance inspection protocols and drive process innovations. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, exhibiting solid knowledge in GD&T, inspection methodologies, manufacturing techniques, and SPC. Familiarity with AS9100, ISO, and NADCAP is essential, accompanied by exemplary analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred candidates will have experience with FAA/EASA directives, a background in aerospace repairs, and proficiency in supplier evaluation and audits. Physical requirements include the ability to perform tasks involving prolonged sitting, standing, and occasional lifting. A background check and drug & alcohol screening will be conducted prior to employment.
