Overnight Baker

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of baked goods, including breads, cookies, and other pastries.
• Ensure all recipes are followed accurately to maintain consistency and quality in our products.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal baking results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in managing inventory of baking supplies and notify management when stock needs to be replenished.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals efficiently during the overnight shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a baking or food preparation role is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train!
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively during overnight hours.
• Attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with other staff members.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed.
