Job Description

JOB SUMMARYHealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery.

The Male Community Reentry Program (MCRP) is a residential facility with a capacity of 200 beds, designed for adult males who have less than two years remaining on their prison sentences. Instead of being incarcerated in a state prison, eligible individuals can complete the remainder of their sentences in the community through MCRP. The program offers a variety of rehabilitative services focused on substance use disorder (SUD), mental health care, primary care, employment, education, housing, family reunification, and social support. Treatment for substance use disorders and mental health issues provided by MCRP typically lasts from 6 to 12 months, ensuring comprehensive support for participants.
