Join our dedicated overnight team serving boutique fitness studios in Aventura and Boca Raton, Florida.As an Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization across two studio locations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This is an on-site, part-time position with consistent overnight hours and opportunities for advancement.Key responsibilities include:

Deep cleaning boutique fitness studio spaces nightly, including reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
Taking before and after photos at each location for quality control
Following a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure thoroughness
Clocking in and out via a smartphone app at each stop
Driving between Aventura and Boca Raton locations during scheduled shifts
For Lead: tracking cleaning-supply inventory, placing restocking orders, managing cleaner attendance, and coordinating same-night replacement coverage as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Experience working independently on overnight shifts
Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
Proficiency using a smartphone app for clocking in/out and taking quality control photos
Valid driver’s license
Ability to communicate in either English or Spanish
Reliable personal vehicle to drive between Aventura and Boca Raton locations
Ability to cover both stops in the same night on scheduled nights
Availability to work the overnight route 4 nights per week (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri), starting 11:00 PM in Aventura and 12:15 AM in Boca Raton

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior lead or supervisory experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
