Job Description

Job Title: Overnight PT Armed SupervisorCompany: IronRock SecurityLocation: Robbinsville NJPay Rate: $27-30/hourSchedules: Friday Saturday 10pm - 6amPosition Overview:IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Officer with 5+ years of armed security SUPERVISOR experience or Law Enforcement to oversee access control at religious institution in Robbinsville, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and students.Responsibilities:Manage and monitor access control points

Conduct regular patrols of the residential property

Write clear incident and daily activity reports

Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately

Requirements:Previous Armed security experience required5+ years of law enforcement and/or armed security experience

Access control experience required

Armed SORA License & CCW or RPOValid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)Strong communication and report-writing skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits:$27-30/hourPart-time opportunities available

Medical insurance available to full-time employees working 30+ hours

IronRock pays 50% of the employee-only medical premium

Benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
