Job Description

Resident Assistant $20 - $22CNA $22 - $24While most people are sleeping, you could be making a difference.  Join our awake overnight team and bring comfort, joy, and dignity to the lives of the seniors we serve!Evergreen Knoll is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Overnight Resident Assistants.If you're dedicated to supporting seniors and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care, we want to hear from you.No experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed and thrive as a valued member of our team.Responsibilities:
  • Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.
  • Performing housekeeping duties.
  • Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
  • Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration. 
Shifts/Hours:
  • 10p – 6:30a, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.
- Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!-We are excited to offer paid time off and a 403b retirement plan open to all employees, both effective immediately upon hire.  For employees hired at 30+ hours/week we have great health insurance that offers a variety of coverage and cost levels, and dental and vision insurance.  Full-time employees (40 hours/week) receive paid holidays!- We offer tuition reimbursement for nursing degree programs.Qualifications:We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.Med Pass experience preferred but not required.  Candidates without experience must be willing to complete med pass training.Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
