Job Description
Our overnight security team members protect our residents, staff and visitors by monitoring the campus, responding to incidences, and supporting emergency readiness. This is an overnight position initially and our security team will grow throughout 2026 to daytime shifts and overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol grounds, inspect equipment/buildings, and ensure secure access
- Respond to incidents and file reports
- Assist residents and staff during emergencies or events
- Support safety education and drills
- Maintain a visible, friendly and helpful presence
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in residential/community security
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TB test, physical and background clearance required
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to supporting individuals with dignity
