Job Description
CENCO Claims is expanding its field coverage in the Ozarks and is seeking a Residential Property Claims Adjuster to support daily field assignments in Ozark, MO and surrounding areas. This field-based opportunity offers steady residential claim volume, flexible scheduling, and direct support from an experienced claims team.
Position Overview:
Conduct on-site residential property inspections to assess loss and damage
Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate
Collect detailed photo documentation and written summaries
Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers throughout the claim process
Submit organized and timely claim files that meet carrier guidelines
What We're Looking For:
Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software
Understanding of residential property damage and repair processes
Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Active Missouri or designated home state adjuster license
