Job Description

Our client, Haleon, a global consumer health company, is seeking a Package Handler to join their team. As a Packaging Handler, you will be part of the Manufacturing team supporting production and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Package HandlerLocation: Lincoln, NEPay Range: $22/hrShift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What’s the Job?

Perform packaging, weighing, processing, and inspection activities following cGMP requirements, SOPs, and standard work instructions.
Monitor product quality and process parameters to ensure production and quality standards are consistently met.
Maintain adequate material and supply levels to support safe and efficient production operations.
Complete GMP documentation, equipment logs, and production records accurately.
Identify and escalate quality, safety, or operational issues while maintaining compliance with company standards.

What’s Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while meeting quality and production goals.
Previous experience with cGMP documentation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
