• Maintain up-to-date vendor files tied to packaging development and support tasks involving artwork compliance, sustainability logos, and special claims approvals. *
• Track certification renewals for organizations such as Oeko-Tex, GOTS, GRS/RCS, FSC, and others, and manage related documentation needs. *
• Support compliance labeling and testing requirements by organizing CPSC/CPSIA documents and ensuring details are reflected in specifications. *
• Oversee renewal of importer licenses and assist with additional packaging-related registrations, filings, and label requirements. *
• Review packaging compliance elements across development projects, confirming they meet brand, private label, and retailer standards. *
• Update vendor and development databases, prepare compliance reports, and assist with processing invoices and chargebacks tied to registration activities.

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred *
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel capability considered a plus *
• Ability to maintain confidential information and manage compliance documentation*
• Experience supporting international vendors or compliance workflows considered advantageous
