Job Description

Location: Dallas, TXSalary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $80,000.00 USD AnnuallyDescription:

Packaging Lead

OverviewSeeking a Lead Packaging Technician to oversee packaging line performance, ensure equipment reliability, and provide daily leadership for technicians and operators.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot packaging equipment; perform repairs as needed.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
Train, supervise, and support technicians and operators.
Monitor line efficiency and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and uphold safety and quality standards.

Mandatory Equipment ExperienceCandidates must have hands‑on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting:

Hayssen Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machine
Ishida Combination Scale

Qualifications

3+ years in packaging or manufacturing; leadership experience preferred.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; ability to read technical documentation.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
Effective communication and team leadership skills.
