Outside Sales Representative – Greenville, SC
Our client, a leading national distributor of industrial, packaging, janitorial, and safety solutions, is experiencing rapid growth and looking to add a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to their team in the Greenville, SC market.
This organization is known for delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service, and a customer-first approach across a diverse product portfolio including packaging materials, facility supplies, and safety equipment. With decades of industry experience and a strong operational footprint, they provide end-to-end procurement solutions to businesses nationwide.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial sales role offering uncapped commissions and residual income, allowing top performers to build a book of business that compounds over time.
What You’ll Do:
•* Drive new business development through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
•* Build and manage a growing book of B2B accounts with recurring revenue
•* Execute consultative, solutions-based selling strategies
•* Identify and deliver cost-saving solutions for customers
•* Develop and maintain account plans, sales goals, and growth strategies
•* Leverage product knowledge to recommend tailored solutions across packaging, janitorial, and safety categories
•* Partner with internal teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
•* Proven “hunter” mentality with strong prospecting skills
•* Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to exceed goals
•* Ability to build long-term relationships and close new business
•* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (industrial, packaging, facilities, or related preferred)
•* MUST RESIDE WITHIN THE TERRITORY NOW
