This is a temporary role initially lasting 1-2 months, with the potential for long-term placement for dedicated and reliable candidates.What You'll DoAs a Packaging Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling and packaging products precisely according to detailed specifications to ensure quality and consistency.
- Packing and boxing finished goods efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Sealing blister packs securely, ensuring proper alignment for safety, presentation, and durability.
- Inspecting containers and products for defects, ensuring only quality items are shipped.
- Verifying date codes and batch numbers to maintain traceability and compliance.
- Supporting waste management by separating scrap and documenting waste disposal processes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Ability to lift and handle up to 40 pounds repeatedly and safely.
- Comfort with bending, stooping, twisting, and crouching for extended periods.
- Ability to stand continuously for 8-10 hours with focus and stamina.
- Steel-toed or composite-toed footwear for safety compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus but not required.
