Job Title: Packer – 1st ShiftLocation: St. Peter, MNCompensation: $18.00- $20.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | 4:00am- 4:30pmJob Type: Temp | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packer workers for a food production company in St. Peter, MN. In this role, you’ll help package high-quality food products in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout your shift, and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Packer:

Pack finished products into trays, boxes, and cases
Inspect products for quality, including seals, labels, lot codes, and defects
Palletize and label packaged boxes
Maintain a clean and sanitary packaging area
Follow safety procedures and GMP guidelines
Assist with line setup, changeovers, and cleanup as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Packer Role:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Ability to read and write in English
Entry-level candidates welcome – no prior experience required
