This is a multi-faceted role responsible for packing sorting and organizing clients homes and belongings to prepare for their transition to the next phase of their life. We are a professional solution for relocation services with an emphasis on estate sale liquidations, cleanouts and preparing homes to be placed on the market. This position is at the heart of our business. We are looking for people eager to join us and our amazing, professional and efficient team to grow our business with these much needed services for our senior community and their families. We need people who are excited and passionate about their work to be part of our rapidly growing team. 

Pay: $15-$17/hr

Job description (including, but not limited to):

• Reports to the manager-on-duty on time for their shift and assists team with packing and sorting clients' items
• Prepare items to be placed in categories of family items, donations, disposed items and sellable items based on market research.  
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts. 
• Communicates positively with clients, peers, and managers. 
• Provides exceptional customer service to customers. 
• Other duties may be assigned as needed. 

Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Ownership of a smartphone to take photos
• An eye for aesthetics and photographing items to be put on sale
• Outstanding customer service skills 
• Proven proficiency and comfort with technology and typing 
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation
• Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
• Access to a computer for scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps
• Physical/Environmental Requirements:
• • Frequent lifting, bending, moving, climbing occasionally, transporting, placing, and removing household items for staging, liquidation, donation, and resettling
  • Walking and/or standing in varying weather environments
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Availability:

• Include your availability when applying - our shifts are typically 4 hours but can be adjusted to the needs of the client.
• Part-time hours--no two days or weeks are the same with no guarantee of hours.
