You'll lead and support your team while maintaining a safe, organized, and positive work environment.What You'll DoLead, train, and motivate the packing team.Oversee daily workflow and ensure orders are packed accurately and on time.Monitor productivity, quality, and team performance.Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.Address quality concerns and promote a safe work environment.Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other teams to meet company goals.What We're Looking ForPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.Ability to motivate employees and lead by example.Basic math skills and familiarity with warehouse scanners.Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods.Willingness to learn and support continuous improvement.Why Industrial Supply?At Industrial Supply, we believe great service starts with great people.
