Pad Helper General Laborer (Tue–Fri Night Shift) — Urgently hiring in Winston!Job Title: Pad Helper General LaborerPay: $20.00/hourHours: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AMStart Date: ASAPLooking for a steady, hands-on role with long-term career potential? Join a leader in the treated wood industry as a Pad Helper General Laborer in Winston, Oregon and make an impact every day.As a Pad Helper General Laborer, you'll support daily operations and help keep production running efficiently. You'll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll DoAs a Pad Helper General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Throwing 4x4s and assisting with material movement throughout production*
  • Throwing straps and supporting stick layers as needed*
  • Keeping viewing windows clean and maintaining a safe work area*
  • Turning valves and assisting with chemical mixes when required*
  • Performing light driving duties around the facility
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Ability to safely maneuver and lift 50+ pounds*
  • Physical stamina for repetitive bending, pulling, pushing, twisting, and standing throughout the shift*
  • Strong attention to safety and awareness of surroundings*
  • High energy and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
