Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Paid Media Analyst with a background in organic and paid media to join our team. This role is responsible for the daily analysis of campaign performance data and serves as a key analytical partner to Client Management.

This is a numbers-driven, CSM-oriented position focused on uncovering insights behind paid media performance and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract and compile campaign performance reports from internal systems and advertising platforms
  • Conduct daily analysis of  media performance data across channels
  • Identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities within campaign metrics
  • Deliver actionable recommendations based on quantitative analysis and content-performance insights
  • Support the Client Management team with data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor KPIs, performance benchmarks, and pacing to ensure campaigns meet objectives
  • Present findings in clear, concise reports and dashboards tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align performance insights with strategic goals
Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, paid and organic media, or digital marketing (brand or agency side)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI platforms)
  • Experience working with paid media platforms and performance metrics (TikTok, Meta, Google, X, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into meaningful insights
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Familiarity with campaign optimization strategies
  • Experience supporting Client Success or Account Management teams
