We're seeking a Paid Media Manager, Portfolio Growth Marketing to lead and scale our Digital Advertising efforts across Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Paid Search, and full‑funnel performance marketing. This is a hands‑on, highly visible role for a performance‑driven marketer who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and measurable impact.

You'll own strategy and execution across paid media channels while partnering closely with analytics, creative, UX, and agency teams to continuously improve acquisition performance and conversion outcomes.

What You'll Do

Own & Scale Performance Marketing

  • Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, and Programmatic Display DSP channels.

  • Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads to drive full‑funnel impact-from awareness through conversion.

  • Assist with managing and optimizing Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising), and broader PPC programs with a focus on efficiency, scale, and sustainable growth.

Drive Growth Through Optimization & Experimentation

  • Partner with CRO, UX, and analytics teams to lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Landing Page Optimization, and Website Optimization initiatives.

  • Design and execute A/B Testing and experimentation roadmaps across ads, landing pages, and funnel experiences.

  • Optimize Conversion Strategy, Funnel Optimization, and Full‑Funnel Marketing performance using data‑driven insights.

Lead with Data & Accountability

  • Own performance reporting and optimization against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, conversion rate, and downstream business impact.

  • Drive Media Planning, Forecasting, and Budget Management across channels to maximize ROI and support growth goals.

  • Translate insights into clear recommendations and actionable next steps for cross‑functional partners and leadership.

Collaborate & Lead

  • Provide Team Leadership through strong cross‑functional collaboration with creative, analytics, UX, product, and marketing partners as well as training and mentoring junior team members.

  • Champion a test‑and‑learn culture that balances innovation with disciplined performance management.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, ideally in an agency, financial services, or high‑growth environment.

  • 3+ years of hands‑on paid social advertising experience, including campaign setup, bid optimization, audience strategy, and measurement across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn and Tik Tok.

  • Proven experience managing Paid Search and Display Advertising, including PPC, CPA‑driven campaigns, and Programmatic Display DSPs.

  • Strong background in Growth Marketing, Full‑Funnel Marketing, and Conversion Optimization.

  • Deep analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives involving budget management, forecasting, and performance optimization.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and partners.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
