Paid Media Manager / Political Advertising Account Manager / Ads Buyer

Location: Washington, D.C (Hybrid) Duration: 8 months contract Job Description: We are hiring multiple Paid Media Managers / Ads Buyers / Digital Account Managers to support high-volume digital advertising programs during a critical growth period. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role working closely with agency partners and advertisers across multiple video ads platforms. This role is well suited for professionals with experience in digital ad buying, political or issue-based advertising, agency account management, or adjacent paid media roles, who are comfortable operating in time-sensitive, regulated environments. Responsibilities: Manage and support live digital advertising campaigns across multiple video ads platforms. Execute and optimize campaigns using a hands-on, keyboard-driven approach. Partner with agencies to manage pacing, spend allocation, and performance goals. Deliver insights and optimization recommendations aligned to client KPIs. Build and maintain performance reports using ads data and Excel. Conduct competitive and market-level analysis using publicly available data. Support extended hours during peak campaign periods. Maintain strict confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism in all engagements. Experience: We are open to candidates from multiple adjacent backgrounds, including: Paid media / digital ad buying (Google Ads preferred; LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, DSPs acceptable). Campaign, political, or issue-based advertising environments. Agency or client-facing account management roles with digital media exposure. Hands-on experience supporting or executing live digital campaigns. Strong Excel and reporting skills. Skills: Ads Buyer Paid media Account Management Advertising Education: Bachelor’s degree.
