Paid Media Manager Mixer - NYC

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience buying and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta/Facebook Ads Manager.
• Proven experience managing budgets, pacing, targeting, and performance optimization.
• Client-facing experience managing communication, reporting, and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and campaign tracking.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior media buyers or coordinators is a plus.
