Paid Media Specialist
What You'll Do
- Implement end-to-end campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization
- Conduct A/B tests and applying best practices for creative assets, ad placements, and product page elements
- Outline and produce ad creative, including copy, landing pages, imagery, and short-form video as needed
- Analyze and create reports that show paid media results, share clear insights, and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with sales and brand teams to align media initiatives with broader business and marketing goals
- Stay current on retailer media platforms, industry trends, and e-commerce best practices
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on paid media experience
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Ability to independently execute campaigns end-to-end
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
- A team player, ready to cross-collaborate
- E-commerce or DTC experience preferred
- A passion for the outdoors and/or the EDC and knife industry
- Ability to write at a high level in the English language

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience owning paid media channels end-to-end, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or direct-to-consumer.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- Ability to work onsite in an office environment.
Other Requirements
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Must be comfortable working around knives and knife-related products.
