FleishmanHillard has an immediate opening for an energetic,motivatedand savvyPaid Media Specialist(Account Executive) tomanagethe execution of paidcampaigns and initiativesfor multiple client accounts. As a hands-on tactician capable ofbuilding and executingpaidstrategies, the position willwork across awide range of industry sectorsinclusive ofB2C, B2B, public affairs, and advocacy programs.

Responsibilities

  • Candidates should have an interest in online advertising and digital marketing, with 1-2 years of integrated marketing and/or digital marketing experience in an agency, corporate, non-profit, or other relevant setting via an internship, fellowship, junior-level part-time of full-time employment, etc. 

  • Willingness to learn or any experiencebuilding andworking in platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Campaign Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager to build paid social media campaigns.

  • Very strong attention to detail for the purposes ofbuilding campaignsto catchany and all issues or errors beforeit launches.

  • Experience following best practices, adjusting to the latest trends and recommendations across the paiddigitalecosystem including content and creative units, building target audiences,structuringand managing campaigns,optimizingcampaign performance and communicating campaign performance.

  • An ability to build and help manage relationships with ad sales reps and managers across theagencyecosystem.

  • Strong analytical skills; must be able to learn or be proficient in analyzing and interpretingperformancedata from native platform analytics, standard softwarepackagesandclientdatabases.

  • Background providing evaluative volumetric and content analysis of social data.

  • Skilleduser oftools such as Excel, Power Pivot, Google Sheets, etc.

  • Provide assistance tomore senior level paid social media managers in understanding a client’s business requirements andassistin design reporting and analysis approaches tailored to measuring primaryobjectivesand key business outcomes.

  • Ability to quickly pattern spot and surface actionable insights; separate signal from noise.

  • Experience distilling complex and high volumes of data into simple KPIs and data visualizations / dashboards / scorecards.

  • Experience writing clear and concise presentations that can be used for summarizing data insights, outcomes, and implications in a straightforward and enlightening way for internal colleagues and clients.

  • Ability to contribute to increasinglevelof innovation in data,analyticsand paid media programs.

Comfortable in the role of teacher,trainerand mentor, the successful candidate shouldpossessenough hands-on experience implementing digital communications to translate terminology into a language that all can understand.

  • Propensity for Time Management/Multi-tasking: The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thrives under pressure, enjoys fast-pacedworkand is dedicated to quality. He/she is extremely motivated and in search of a challenging, career-advancing opportunity.

  • Abilityto workcollaboratively in a Teamsetting and with partner agencies or networked teams: Must be a consummate team player who brings a passionate, positive, high-energy approach to client service and delivering results. Idealcandidateshouldpossessexcellent relationship skills; be a good listener; respect theexpertiseof others; and haveabilityto motivate and generate effective action from all levels of the organization.Candidates should anticipate collaborating with internal and client teams across multiple offices.

Theanticipatedsalary range for an Account Executive is $54,000.00 - $68,000.00.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefitsalso areavailable.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
