- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Own day-to-day campaign execution, including targeting, bidding, creative testing, and budget allocation.
- Make data-driven decisions on what to scale, pause, or sunset based on performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Monitor spend, pacing, and efficiency against lead, pipeline, and ROI targets.
- Partner with analytics teams on attribution and conversion performance.
- Own campaign budgets, forecasting, and performance tracking across channels.
- Ensure efficient use of spend aligned with growth goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and share insights.
- Champion testing of new ad formats, platforms, and optimization strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on paid media experience across search and social.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to optimize toward pipeline, revenue, and ROAS goals.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Base salary range: $70,000–$90,000, based on experience and location.

- Experience with multi-brand, multi-location, or franchise organizations.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and conversion tracking.
- Experience collaborating with agencies or external partners.
