Job Description
Permanent PM&R job in Southern Ohio on the north bank of the Ohio River Setting: Outpatient clinic Schedule: Monday- Thursday 8am- 5pm & Friday 8am - noon Call Schedule: 1:3 weekend coverage for inpatient unit (shared with inpatient Medical Director and Locum Physician) Staffing: o Physician
o NP (PM&R)
o Neurologist
o NP (Neurology)
o PA (Neurology)
o 3 LPN
o 5 MA
o 1 Office Manager
Caseload: 20-24 patients/day Office Procedures on Wednesday afternoons. Average volume 6-10 Compensation range: $269,800 - $331,700 annually (2 year contract) Benefits- 4 weeks vacation/sick leave (29 PTO days)
- Additional 5 days when producing 75th percentile w/RVUs
- CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO
- Medical School Loan Repayment: up to $200,00 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment)
- Deferred compensation: 457B plan up to IRS limit
- under age 50 is $19,500/year before taxes
- over age 50 is $26,000/year before taxes
- Retirement Savings Plan: 403B
- Moving expenses paid up to $10,000 paid directly to moving company
- Malpractice Insurance Coverage
- Liquidated Damages: 70 mile & 2 year non-compete clause or liquidated damages of one year salary
- Sign on bonus $15% of base salary up to $100,000 (paid when contract is signed and forgiven over 2-4 years
- Residency stipend: up to $25,000 (requires up to 2 years service commitment)
- Excellent bonus incentives: up to 30% of salary
