Position Overview:A growing and patient-focused pain management practice with offices in Nassau County and Queens is seeking a dedicated Pain Management/PM&R Physician to join their team. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus production incentives, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The practice emphasizes collaborative, high-quality care for patients suffering from musculoskeletal and pain conditions.

Responsibilities:In this role, you will evaluate and manage a variety of musculoskeletal disorders, ordering and interpreting diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. You will perform EMG/NCV studies and prescribe physical and occupational therapy as part of comprehensive patient care. Procedural responsibilities include performing peripheral joint injections (corticosteroids, viscosupplementation, and Platelet Rich Plasma), neuraxial injections including epidural steroid injections (ESI), medial branch blocks (MBB), radiofrequency ablation (RFA), and spinal cord stimulation trials.

The clinic, located in Staten Island, features an in-office procedural suite equipped with a C-arm, RFA generator, and ultrasound, allowing for advanced interventional procedures on site. Services include general consultations, diagnostic and therapeutic injections, EMG/NCV procedures, interventional pain management, and onsite PT/OT.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

  • Every other Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM

Requirements:

  • Background in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R)

  • New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
