Description
- Receives verbal instructions and work orders from supervisor and/or lead person
- Uses electro-static, airless and air atomization systems to paint various materials/equipment
- Sprays foam on bases
- Reads orders to determine type and color of paint
- Keeps immediate work area and equipment clean and orderly
- Works independently at times
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
1st shift hours 5 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday with voluntary overtime as needed
2nd shift hours 3 pm to 1 am Monday to Thursday with voluntary overtime as needed
Requirements
- Able to understand types of paints, chemicals, and mixing materials
- Able to read and understand drawings, charts, orders
- Able to use paint equipment
- Able to work on and maintain paint and foam equipment
- Previous experience with paint, paint equipment, metals
- High school diploma or equivalent are preferred
- Able to pass math and tape measurement assessment
