Paint Foreman!

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Using your ability to oversee the daily schedule and assure the safety of paint crews.
Scoping jobs to determine the best use of manpower.
Evaluating and determining the materials needed for jobs being worked.
Collaborating with the team to help build JSA's and obtaining permits when needed.

Required Job Skills:

Experience with Industrial Painting including sandblasting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have the ability to manage a team through difficult situations in a positive way.
Ability to speak and understand English.
Possess a driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to fill out QA/QC reports.

Preferred Job Skills:

Must have experience with and knowledge of Paint Pots, Airless Sprayers, Blast Pots, and Plural Component Sprayers. Must know how to rebuild all of the above.

Preferred Experience:

2-3 years of supervisory experience

Hourly Pay: $26.00-$30.00 DOE and Travel per diem ranges from $125.00-$150.00 per day based on location.
