Job Title: Industrial Paint Line OperatorLocation: Grand Forks, NDCompensation: $20.50 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | 6:00am-4:30pm | Monday-ThursdayJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Industrial Paint Line Operators for a leading manufacturer of anhydrous vessels and agricultural equipment attachments located in Grand Forks, ND. • Apply paint products in accordance with customer and QMS specifications/requirements
• Follow and understand standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria to meet customer requirements
• Use paint spray equipment, sanding equipment, and various hand tools
• Maintain and clean spray guns and related equipment
• Follow and understand build boards and Kanban system requirements
• Report inconsistencies and/or defects in material, product, or equipment
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management
• Helps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives
• Other duties may be assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Industrial Paint Line Operator Role:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of prior work experience in related field
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, etc.)
• Familiarity with HVLP and/or electrostatic guns, pressure pots, and proportioners is a plus but not required
• Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
