Paint Set-up and Racking

• Rack or hang parts prior to priming or painting.
• Work with painters to determine best orientation for racking or hanging of parts to ensure efficient painting.
• Remove primed or painted parts from racking.
• Rotate or Re-rack parts in between coats of prime or paint.
• Touch-up primed or painted parts.
• Back-up for masking or de-masking as required.
• Learn production flow through Paint Department.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions, operating procedures, drawings and blueprints.
• Maintain a clean work area.

• Ability to work both independently or under direction as the job requires.
• Good Manual dexterity
• Manufacturing or painting experience is a plus.

This is a 1^st shift position, - we are currently doing a 9/80 schedule (1st week 6 am to 3:30 pm.- M-Th + 6 am to 2:30pm Fri then 2nd week  6 am to 3:30 pm.- M-Th and Fri off)

Starting wage: $19 - range depending on experience Benefits:
