Job Description
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate pre-treatment chemicals under the guidance of the powder coater.
- Assist in loading and unloading products onto the coating line, ensuring proper spacing and alignment.
- Monitor the coating process alongside the powder coater to ensure proper coverage and adhesion.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift and move objects as needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Benefits
- Vacation Time: 2 weeks of paid vacation after first year (prorated for initial year).
