Position Summary:TruBlue Home Services Ally of North Wilmington is looking for an experienced Painter / Drywall Technician to provide high-quality painting and drywall repair services for residential and light commercial clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Execute interior and exterior painting projects• Perform surface preparation including sanding, patching, and priming• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment• Complete drywall repairs and finishing• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety• Deliver excellent customer service• Follow company procedures and timelinesRequired Qualifications• Painting experience required• Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle)• Ability to pass a background check• Strong work ethic and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications• Spray painting experience• Drywall repair experience• Experience in residential servicesPhysical Requirements• Ability to lift 50 lbs• Ability to climb ladders and work in various positionsWork Environment• Field-based role working in residential and light commercial environmentsAdditional Information: This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay with growth and advancement opportunities available based off of your hard work and dedication.
