Job Title: Industrial PainterLocation: Grand Forks, NDCompensation: $20.50 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | 6:00am-4:30pm | Monday-ThursdayJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Industrial painters for a leading manufacturing company located in Grand Forks, ND. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Industrial Painter:
  • Apply paint products in accordance with customer and QMS specifications/requirements
  • Clean, prepare, paint, coat, and clean up tanks and other products
  • Follow and understand build boards and Kanban system requirements
  • Report inconsistencies and/or defects in material, product, or equipment
  • Follow and understand standard work, training guides, procedures, and acceptance criteria
  • Work with various hand tools
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere and attitude with customers, co-workers, and management
  • Meet Quality and Safety objectives
What You Need to Bring to the Industrial Painter Role:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 1+ years of prior work experience in related field
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
