Job Title: Pairer Sock Manufacturing (1st Shift)Location: High Point, NCJob Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire OpportunityPay: Piece-Rate (Guaranteed Base + Unlimited Earning Potential)Job Overview We are hiring detail-oriented Pairers in High Point, NC for a fast-paced sock manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting socks for quality, identifying defects, and matching socks into correct pairs for packaging and shipment. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in accuracy, consistency, and working in a production-driven environment with performance-based pay.Key Responsibilities

Inspect socks for defects, inconsistencies, or damage*
Ensure all products meet established quality standards*
Accurately match socks into correct pairs for packaging*
Maintain production speed while ensuring attention to detail*
Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift*
Keep work area clean and organized*
Follow all safety and production procedures

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies quickly*
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous manufacturing or textile experience preferred, but not required*
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic*
Motivated by piece-rate earnings and performance-based pay

Pay & Earning Potential

Piece-rate compensation structure*
Guaranteed $12/hour for the first 3 months
Average earnings: $15$16/hour
Top performers regularly earn $20+/hour
No cap on earning potential

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM until production is complete*
Most days end around 3:30 PM
Some days may end earlier (2:30 PM) or later (4:30 PM) depending on workload
