Pallet Builder – Day ShiftPay:$16.00 per hourLocation:Tulsa, OKShift:Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMJob Type:Full-TimeJob Order #:128016Position OverviewStand-By Personnel is seeking dependable and hardworking Pallet Builders to join a day-shift production team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for building, assembling, and repairing wooden pallets while maintaining established quality, productivity, and safety standards.This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent heavy lifting, repetitive movement, and regular use of power tools. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift, and can maintain a consistent pace in a fast-moving production environment.Required Experience & Skills• Previous pallet building, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required• Ability to safely operate nail guns, saws, and other power tools• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure• Comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting throughout the workday• Ability to follow basic measurements and production specifications• Strong attention to quality and proper construction• Ability to work efficiently as part of a production team• Reliable attendance and punctuality• Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE useEssential Duties & Responsibilities• Build and assemble wooden pallets according to company specifications• Repair and rebuild damaged pallets as needed• Measure and cut lumber and other materials using a tape measure• Safely operate nail guns, saws, and related power tools• Load, move, stack, and organize pallets and production materials• Inspect completed pallets for quality, accuracy, and proper construction• Maintain consistent production output and meet daily productivity goals• Identify damaged materials or quality concerns and report issues as needed• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines• Properly use required personal protective equipment• Work with team members to maintain efficient production flow• Perform additional general labor and production duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications• Previous pallet building or repair experience• Construction or woodworking experience• Manufacturing or production experience• Warehouse or general labor background• Experience using nail guns, saws, and other power tools• Experience performing repetitive production workPhysical Requirements• Frequent heavy lifting and material handling throughout the shift• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods• Ability to safely operate power tools while wearing required PPE• Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environmentWork Environment• Fast-paced pallet production and manufacturing environment• Regular use of lumber, nail guns, saws, and other power tools• Physically demanding work involving repetitive lifting and pallet handling• Production-focused environment requiring consistent pace and dependable attendance• Team-oriented workplace emphasizing safety, productivity, and qualityWhy You'll Want This Opportunity• Starting pay of $16.00/hour• Consistent Monday–Friday day-shift schedule• Full-time opportunity• Weekly pay• Hands-on experience using saws, nail guns, and other power tools• Opportunity to develop woodworking, production, and material-handling skills• Great fit for dependable candidates who enjoy active, hands-on work• Previous pallet-building experience is preferred but not requiredReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel – Tulsa Skilled Division1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 4 PM
