Job Description
Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting Warehouse Palletizer Operators for our client located in Kannapolis, NC!
Schedule: 6:00am-6:30pm on a 2,2,3 schedule.
Pay: $18.00/hr. Weekly Pay! Temp to Hire!
Essential Functions:
- Operates controls for palletizer machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
- Ensures all materials are correct based on the production schedule for all products being packaged.
- Run pallet through depal machine.
- Remove straps from pallets.
- Monitors and inspect all areas of machinery to identify and detect defective packaging.
- Conduct inspection on empty pallets and materials to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Adheres to all health, food safety, HAACP, allergen, sanitation standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices.
- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.
- Fills out required paperwork accurately.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Other duties as assigned
Successful Candidate Qualifications:
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entrail frequent bending and stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs at a time.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
