Primary Responsibilities: Assist in the manufacturing production of machine control panels with primary emphasis being the inspection and quality control of completed panels.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to panel department builders during the panel production process.
  • Complete daily inspections of finished panels prior to shipment to ensure goals of 99.86% accuracy is being met.
  • Conduct in-process inspections to confirm quality production of control panels during the production process.
  • Assist in the trouble shooting of wire harnesses, control panels, and electronic assemblies
  • Follow compliance of AS9100 documentation requirements as applied to the panel production.
  • Write and create written work instructions for production of control panels as needed
  • Assist in the implementation and compliance of quality department initiatives, programs, policies, and goals.
  • Contribute in additional quality responsibilities as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Must have previous experiences working with 600 Volts and less
  • Machine control experience is a plus
  • Basic PLC programing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
  • Comprehensive mechanical aptitude and abilities
  • Experience with basic test equipment including volt meter, high pot tester, and oscilloscope
  • Highly organized with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a positive attitude with a customer appreciation mentality
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on regular basis
