Position Title: Shift Leader/Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM ($75k to $80k)

About the Role At Panini Kabob Grill, our Service Operations Supervisors set the tone for excellence, ensuring every guest leaves with the same thought: “I’m coming back.” You’ll be the person guiding the flow of service, coaching and developing the team, solving problems in the moment, and making sure our high standards for food, hospitality, and efficiency are met every shift.

You’ll be running shifts, leading people, and making decisions that directly impact the guest experience and the success of the restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Lead front-of-house (FOH) operations on opening, mid, or closing shifts
• Oversee back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure prep levels, food safety, and quality standards are consistently met
• Supervise, coach, and develop FOH staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, safety, and pace meet company standards
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and departmental goals
• Maintain smooth operations while solving any problems or emergencies that arise

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in a leadership role at a full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of success
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and hands-on
• Ability to work 10+ hour shifts, on your feet, and lift up to 50 lbs
