Job Description
Litigation Paralegal
About the Role Join an experienced litigation team as a full-time Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys through all phases of complex legal matters. This role is ideal for someone with strong trial support experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage the details of large, fast-moving cases.
What Youll Do
Prepare and organize case materials for depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations
Assist with trial prep, including exhibit management and coordination of logistics
Conduct legal and factual research and draft case summaries or supporting materials
Oversee document review workflows using e-discovery platforms like DISCO or Relativity
Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain litigation calendars
Coordinate with attorneys, experts, and litigation support teams
Attend trials or arbitrations and provide on-site support when needed
What Youll Need
7 or more years of litigation experience, including hands-on trial support
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program and a bachelors degree
Experience handling complex cases with minimal supervision
Proficiency with litigation tools and e-discovery platforms such as DISCO or Relativity
Strong written communication, organization, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work overtime and travel for trial when required
