Bilingual Spanish Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with hands-on personal injury litigation experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have approximately 25 years of personal injury litigation experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have a solid understanding of the litigation process. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment, supporting multiple attorneys, and collaborating closely with an experienced paralegal.Compensation & Benefits $65,000$75,000, depending on experience Bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contribution Full-time, in-office position in Dallas Occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available when genuinely neededQualifications 25 years of Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong understanding of the personal injury litigation process Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional and collaborative approach to working with attorneys, staff, clients, and outside parties Ability to take direction and work effectively within established processes Comfortable working in a small, team-oriented law firm environmentResponsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation Assist with preparation and organization of pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents Assist with written discovery, document production, and case file organization Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates Coordinate case-related matters with clients, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, experts, and other parties Assist attorneys with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation Organize medical records, case documentation, exhibits, and other litigation materials Handle court filings and provide general litigation support as needed Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical case files Work collaboratively with attorneys and other members of the legal team This is a great opportunity for a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who has developed a solid litigation foundation and is looking to join a collaborative Dallas legal team where they can continue building their experience.
