Key Responsibilities:
- File Management: Efficiently open new files and manage administrative closing work from start to finish.
- Closing Operations: Coordinate comprehensive real estate closings and handle title insurance processes.
- Digital Organization: Maintain and organize electronic notebooks for active files.
- Financial Duties: Assist with billing and financial tracking associated with real estate matters.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the overall success of the real estate team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in real estate closings and title insurance.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SoftPro is strongly preferred (though our client is fully willing to train the right candidate).
- Communication & Organization: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Work Ethic: A meticulous eye for detail and a professional, proactive demeanor.
