Litigation Paralegal

Location: Dallas, TX- ONSITE

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $80,000–$90,000 annually

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM - Fully onsite role located in Dallas, TX

• Direct Hire | W2

• Start Date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

The Litigation Paralegal serves as a critical partner to a team of experienced commercial litigation attorneys by managing complex matters from inception through trial. Success in this role means anticipating attorney needs, maintaining organized and compliant case files, managing competing deadlines, and ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Your work will directly contribute to efficient case progression, exceptional client service, and successful litigation outcomes across a diverse commercial practice. Key Responsibilities

·Prepare and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and trial materials

·Manage complex litigation case files and maintain organized, audit-ready records for retrieval and compliance

·Conduct legal research across commercial litigation, legal malpractice, corporate law, employment law, and contract law matters

·Track deadlines, court dates, scheduling orders, and deliverables to support case management and litigation timelines

·Coordinate discovery processes, document productions, subpoenas, and exhibit preparation

Minimum Qualifications

·Paralegal certificate required

·5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment supporting commercial litigation matters involving construction, real estate, insurance defense, commercial trucking, oil and gas, or business disputes

·Demonstrated career stability and longevity in prior law firm roles

·Experience supporting 5+ attorneys simultaneously in a high-volume litigation practice

·Experience managing commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial

·Strong legal research, document drafting, discovery management, and organizational skills

·Experience preparing and filing pleadings in Texas state and federal courts

·Proven ability to prioritize competing deadlines, work independently, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision

·Document management systems (DMS)

·Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

·Legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis or similar)

·E-filing systems and court portals

Preferred Skills

·Experience supporting commercial litigation matters involving construction, real estate, insurance defense, commercial trucking, oil and gas, employment law, or business disputes

·Experience coordinating large document productions, discovery responses, and trial preparation

·Familiarity with corporate, employment, and contract law

·Strong project management, deadline tracking, and case organization skills

·Ability to anticipate attorney needs and proactively manage litigation workflows in a fast-paced environment

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor

·Desire to build a long-term career in a collaborative boutique litigation practice
