Provide substantive legal work for attorneys in litigation and insurance defense
Handle dozens of lawsuits at once
Meet deadlines for discovery plan and/or scheduling order
File motions, produce documents, and obtain reports
Re-prioritize as needed to ensure important matters are not forgotten or delayed

What you need to be a Paralegal:

3-5 years of litigation experience
Prioritize and meet deadlines
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong computer and grammar skills
Great communicator and team player
