Paralegal - Estates/Trusts

This is a role for an Estates/Trust Paralegal, NOT someone with experience in REAL ESTATE - we are not looking for Real Estate experience. For the past 35 years Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. Because of rapid expansion of the organization the following opportunity is currently available: Paralegal - Probate and Estate Administration We are looking for a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented person to join our progressive, innovative, and growing elder law department of nine attorneys and a great team of paralegals. Must have at least 3 years experience working in an Estate Department/Elder Law. Primary responsibility will be the preparation of Surrogate's Court petitions and related documents for the Probate or Administration of an Estate. Heavy client contact will be required to assist the attorneys in the department represent our clients in Estate Administration, Estate Planning and Elder Law matters. Additional responsibilities may include the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, other Surrogate's Court petitions, and guardianship applications.
