What You’ll Do:
- Support attorneys in all phases of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and equitable distribution.
- Draft pleadings, certifications, motions, discovery requests/responses, Case Information Statements, and trial preparation materials.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel with professionalism and compassion.
- Manage deadlines, maintain organized case files, and keep cases moving forward efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of paralegal experience (family law experience not required)
- Strong knowledge of Utah family law rules, procedures, and filing system is a plus
- Excellent writing, drafting, and organizational skills.
- A client-focused mindset with the ability to balance empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the team.
