• Job qualifications & certifications:
  • Paralegal certificate required.
  • 2+ years of healthcare regulatory experience.
  • Familiarity with CMS, OIG, and managed care rules.
  • Must have healthcare-related legal experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong legal writing and research skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.

• Assist with legal research on healthcare regulations and payer rules.
• Draft documents for appeals, disputes, and regulatory responses.
• Prepare case files and maintain documentation.
• Support attorneys during investigations or audits.
• Track regulatory changes and prepare summaries.

• None or minimal; primarily office-based.
